Secure 1 or 2 rooms with your credit card. In most cases the room rate + taxes will be charged to your credit card or payment of choice on your departure date. Hotels reserve the right to validate and or debit the provided credit card 1st night room and tax two (2) weeks out from your arrival date.

Team/Club Manager - Secure between 35 to 75 rooms based on hotel availability utilizing the Create Club-Block Tool. Full payment is due 45 days prior to event. A valid credit card and billing information is required. If full payment is not received by the hotel 45 days prior to the event all rooms will automatically be released back into the main inventory for general sale.

Secure between 3 to 150 rooms based on hotel availability in a Mini-Block with out a credit card. There is no liability or attrition associated with Mini-Blocks. You will have 21 days to fill your Block. After 21 days any unclaimed rooms will automatically be released back into the main inventory for general sale.
